Yes, you can. You can go to Pages > All Pages > edit the page you want to set page header background image > scroll down and check options on the "Page Header" and you can see option for select Custom Background Image - check this image.
You can change the padding top & bottom for page header to adjust the height of page header.
The font of the page header will follow the fonts you've selected for heading titles via Customize > General Options > Font for Heading Titles. There is no option for change font for page header only.
