Hi there, the theme and my site appear to have breadcrumbs, but google search console is not picking these up - do you know of any reason why this may be? Thank you
If you're using Yoast SEO, you can try with Breadcrumbs format from Yoast SEO by enable it via Dashboard > SEO > Search Appearance > Breadcrumbs > and enable Breadcrumbs from Yoast SEO.
I'm using Rankmath as I switched when the Soledad theme had a conflict with yoast. I have breadcrumbs turned on in rank math but have not entered that code anywhere, as Soledad seems to generate its own breadcrumbs? But there are not being detected by google.
Here is reply from our developers when get back to all your issues:
1/ You see the error because 2 reasons:
a) When you check your site on Rich Results test - you've checked it on mobile version - let's change it to desktop version here - and you can check Rich results test for any page for your site now. Everything will be fine.
b) You've checked showing AMP for mobile visitors via Appearance > Customizer AMP ( not Customize ) > Advanced Options > Show AMP for Mobile Visitors. When you do that + point 1 => all the results you see before is validate an AMP URL. That's why you see it has issues with <amp-img caused the issue.
2/ We will update AMP to make it works fine on Rich Results after. But, because AMP posts will be validated as an AMP posts, so it's not important to make it has Rich Results.
The latest update is a QUICK FIX for latest update from Elementor. We've said about this in the update changelog here.
To explain in a way that is easy to understand - you can understand like so:
On AMP pages, it already validated by Google is AMP pages, so we don't support Rich Results on AMP pages.
And you've checked to "Appearance > Customizer AMP ( not Customize ) > Advanced Options > Show AMP for Mobile Visitors" - so, all your pages on mobile will automaticlly redirect to AMP pages and get the issues as you mentioned.
Now, we're working on this to help you add Rich Results for AMP Pages - but it's not a fast process. We need a few time to do that, so, please check the update changelog to see the new update in the future to get it.

I've updated the theme and plugins, but https://theluxeologist.com/amp/maldivian-curry-recipe-waldorf-astoria-maldives is still spitting out the same issues on desktop and mobile re: the missing image?
Ok, looks like breadcrumbs may be slowly starting to index...I'll let you know if the number doesn't start growing with time as pages are reindexed :)
