    i have created this section using Penci Block 18 element of WP Page builder. Now i want move this categories which on images eg. features, Horse racing to below post title. How can i achieve this?

    Hi,

    Currently, this theme doesn't any option to move this categories to below post title.

    You need change code php.

    can you plz tell me which files i have to edit to move any blocks elements or tell me in one penci block which file i have to edit. because i tried to find file.

    Please go to penci-framework/shortcodes/block_18/content-items.php then change code  to any markup you want
