First, please update your Penci Recipe to latest version. You can do that by go to Plugins > All Plugins > deacitvate & delete plugin "Penci Recipe"
After that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and re-install & activate the plugin "Penci Recipe"
Second, the google recommend for recipe calories - if your recipes doesn't exists the calories - all your recipes will get warining from Google. So, by default, we've set a number calories for all your recipe if you don't put calories.
If you don't want to showing it on Google structure data you can go to Customize > Recipe Options > "Completely Remove Nutrition Facts in HTML" ( you will see this option on latest update version of Penci Recipe )

Suddenly Google shows the default calories, while it doesn't show in the recipe.
