Tengo problemas para acceder al plugin elementor, quiero saber si se trata de una actualización con mi tema Soledad 7 y por favor, darme una pronta solución. Si se trata de una actualización, necesito un manual de como hacer la actualización sin que afecte a mis páginas ya creadas gracias.
You're not sending automatic updates via Wordpress anymore? I got the Theme Forest email about the latest update but I haven't received one on my WP desktop for a few months now.
Yeah, we've stopped provide auto-update in previous time because the auto-update service we're using in the past has been stopped works.. It's not issue we can control.
In the past, we’ve used auto-update platform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ ( It’s a paid service from a third-party company – not from us ) and the updates platform from them has issues and they didn’t fix it. We were waiting for a long time but they didn’t fix the issues, so, we need to disable it.. We’re sorry about this inconvenience.
In the future, we will find a solution to add auto-updates back to the themeHope you can understand it.

This issue caused by the latest update from Elementor.
And we've fixed the issue in the latest version of Soledad theme - version 7.3.6
Please go to update the theme by do following this guide. and the issue will gone.

I missed the last few updates cos I didn't know it reverted to manual version. I'll update now.
