I am utterly frustrated. I cannot update my Soledad theme from my dashboard as I do other updates. I keep hoping you will fix the problem. I keep getting the same message:
An error occurred while updating soledad: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I am not a techie. I just want to update the normal way, from my dashboard. I am now several updates behind. What to do? I am not a happy customer.
It seems you didn't follow the updates from the theme recently.
In the past, we’ve used auto-update platform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ ( It’s a paid service from a third-party company – not from us ) and the updates platform from them has issues and they didn’t fix it. We were waiting for a long time but they didn’t fix the issues, so, we need to disable the auto-updates. It's not a plugin. It's an embed to get auto-updates we've used inside the theme before. And we've disabled it in recent updates because it's no longer working.

What to do if that plugin is no longer available? It does not show up in the search
