    My blog is personal so it's only going to be me writing on it. I've tried multiple plug ins, code etc to remove "written by" and nothing has worked. I don't want author name to be visible since the name is part of my personal email address and I don't want people to know what it is and I can't change it either so. How do I remove author name?

    Hi,

    You can remove the author name via:

    Customize > Standard & Classic Layouts Options > Hide Post Author

    Customize > Other Layouts Options > Hide Post Author

    Customize > Single Post Options > "Hide Author" and "Hide Author Box"
