I am unable to find exact location for blog background color option page layout wight setting. and also another problem when i enable any post or page which is created with elementor then content is not showing.
1/ If you want to change the background for blog section background only - you need to change it on "Advanced" tab of element you're using to create blog section - not change on section wrapper it.
2/ For preview on Elementor doens't work, it seems that caused by a plugin you're using.
Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme & Elementor ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
