    Hello,

    I have looked at the posts about this and I cannot get the footer IG feed to show on the site. Can you help? It just says no images found. Theme is updated.

    Hi,

    Please go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Soledad Instagram Feed" to "Footer Instagram" replace with old Instagram widget > click on URL there to get Instagram Token & ID and fill it to the fileds & do other configs > save it and check it again.

    I would like to use a hashtag and not the IG token and such. Is that still possible?

    I did this. The widget still says it is only for the Instagram Slider widget, which doesn't seem to exist. There is social slider but it costs money. I used the Soleded instagram feed and dragged it to Footer Instagram widget and it still doesn't work.

    Hi,

    If you don't see widget "Soledad Instagram Feed" - that mean you're using outdated version of Soledad.

    Please go and update the theme to latest version 7.3.6 by do following this guide.

    I do have that widget and have tried it. My theme is 7.3.6 and I am using the Soledad child theme. 


    It still says no image found.

    Hi,

    Ahh, ok - I understand your issues now.

    I just checked it again and It seems Instagram has removed the API for get images by use Hashtag.

    I just tried with some other Instagram plugins supports showing hashtag and it doesn't work for hashtag also...

    So, now please use instagram account at this moment. It seems you can't use hashtag for showing instagram images now.
