    Hi,

    by default, pennews theme support translate, please go to Customizer > Quick Translate Text then custom text you want

    HI, thank you very much for your answer but the problem is not that, the problem is that it does not translate. In Customizer> Quick Translate Text I have everything translated into Spanish, but the web is in two languages, and now when I click on English it doesn't translate it into English, it stays in Spanish.
    I have installed loco translate and also translated some buttons and it doesn't either.

    I have fixed it myself, I had to create a child theme and restart all the options of the template so that it did not take the fast translations and instead those of the loco translate with wpml. It's a template bug.
