where exactly do i turn off the feature where it is showing my entire articles on the home page? this theme has my entire articles showing. like 50,000 words on the homepage.

i do not want this, i had to uninstall this theme because of this. where exactly do i turn this off so it just shows my post as any other normal theme out there does?

also now how do i remove this "Designed and Developed by PenciDesign" from the footer? typically i can go into the editor and remove the code but i can not seem to find it with this theme. i want to remove it entirely from the code. as well as remove the url's to penci social pages. also is there any other outgoing links in this theme at all? if so where are they and how do i remove them. i do not want any links what so ever on the site or in the code to any other sites other than mine.

i would also like to ask, i have set my footer menu to the footer menu that i have created. yet nothing shows. i have cleared cache tried other browsers yet my footer menu is not showing. all that is showing is the 3 social profiles i have inserted. my actual menu is not showing. works for all other locations but not the footer location
