    I am unable to update the theme. Following the documentation video, once I try to install I get this message:

    "Unable to create directory uploads/2020/09. Is its parent directory writable by the server?" 

    Please help!

    Hi,

    This issue caused by the file permission settings from your hosting.

    With this issue, please contact with your hosting provider and ask them about this. It's not issue related with the theme itself.
