    Dear Support,

    On homepage I have inserted a shortcode block with [products] but the images are blurred.

    Instead on the shop page the images are perfect.

    Any ideas to fix the problem?

    Hi,

    Yeah, it's different because on your homepage - you don't have a sidebar, but on the shop page, it has a sidebar.

    Also, you can change the size for products images via Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images > Image size used for products in the catalog.

    Dear Support,

    I found this trick.

    The image is in a standard photo resolution 3543x2362, with an aspect ratio of 3:2.

    If I set an aspect ratio on the Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images of 3:2 the image is blurred. If I set an aspect ratio of 16:9 the image is not blurred  but obviously the aspect ratio is different.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    The issue here doesn't based on the image ratio, you need to change the image size number via Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images > Thumbnail width > change it to a value like 600

    After that, re-upload your featured image for products and check it again.
