    Hi,

Can you help me to improve the performance of the web site?

As I checked with my hosting provider - BlueHost, they says they have fully optimized it according to the hosting package that I have purchased from them which is "Choice Plus".

According to GTMatrix- performance are really poor; https://prnt.sc/uolmjb

and as per the Microsoft Edge debugging tool; TTFB for the desktop version

    https://prnt.sc/uolo3k

TTFB for the mobile version; https://prnt.sc/uolpbk

Appreciate it if you can help to improve the performance.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Here is 2 the points caused your site loading slow:

1/ The main things is your category mega menu - you're using too many categories mega menu with child items - check this image for example: http://prntscr.com/uon64i

Let's try to calculate: You have more than 20 child categories on this category mega menu - and one child category mega menu loads 12 images => total only this menu item loads:  20x12 = 240 images.

That is, I have not yet calculated your other menu items.

Do you think: have any WordPress theme can loads good when loads too many images like that? I think at least your site loads more than 500+ images on your homepage. It's a huge resource.

So, the first think, I recommend you use normal sub-menu for categories mega menu has too many child menu items to reduce images need to loads for your homepage.

2/ You can use plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/litespeed-cache/ to create a caching for your site and optimize other things. See more on this guide:

Thanks for pointing out the problems that have occurred as impacted to the performance. I have remove all the megamenu and now I can see performance has increased a little bit. Quite OK actually.

I will have a look how to improve image loading speed as well,

Thank you once again for the support.
