    Hi, I can't update my Soledad theme through the normal WordPress methods, despite attempting numerous times. I currently have Version 7.2.3 installed.

    The error message reads: An error occurred while updating soledad: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I followed the instructions at https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/and installed the Envato plugin only to get the same problem. (See attached screenshot)

    Also WP tells me that I will lose all my customisations if I do update. This hasn't happened with previous updates, is this the case?

    Hi,

    1/ Please remove the code at the end of functions.php file like on this image: http://prntscr.com/uon4qx
    After that, do again following this guide to get auto-updates the theme: https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/

    2/ No - you don't lose anything when update the themesmile.png
