I love everything about the theme; however, I have spent many hours trying to fix this issue and almost gave up - so I would really appreciate your help.
The default WordPress portfolio option seem to get affected with the Penci Portfolio plug-in, so I have disabled it and try to use the Penci Portfolio, but I need your help in the following:
1) Is there a way to have Gutenberg blocks editing for the portfolio 'posts'? I get the classical editor and it is placing serious limitations on what I am trying to do
2) Is there a way to disable to portfolio page 'post' date, author, sidebars etc.? The options under Theme Customizer didn't seem to work

1/ Yeah, by default, Portfolio doesn't support Gutenberg editor - If you want to use Gutenberg editor for Portfolio, please add more this code:
like on this image - save and check it again.
2/ Can you show me URL of that page to I can take it a look?
