    Hey, we just bought the theme today and we really like one of your themes but when we import it the featured slider didn't show up.

    Please let me know what to do, thank you.

    Hi,

    Please try remove  featured slider shortcode and  re-add the shortcode.

    If it doesn't work,  let's send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a look on this help you.
