Hi, my issue is concerning the use of Elementor on my site. I was using it perfectly fine until there was a bad virus I had to get rid of. To do this, I had to go into the host settings to basically turn everything off then had to reinstall a lot of stuff.
I was able to reinstall all the major materials needed to work with the Soledad design just fine. But since doing this, I have not been able to use the Elementor designing option.
I am given an option to use it in my pages. But it either does not load at all for me to use or if it does, it won't let me really do anything with the Soledad design options I previously could use.
I put pretty much the entire website together using it but had other stuff left to finish...now I am not really sure what to do. Do you have any ideas regarding what might have happened or what I could potentially do?
It seems you're using old version of Soledad. So, please go and update the theme to latest version.
To get auto-updates from the theme:
Please remove the code at the end of functions.php file like on this image: http://prntscr.com/uon4qx ( if you don't see it, you can ignore this step )
When you done, check it again. If it still doesn't work, please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
