Could someone help me with removing all trace of the "Soledad Fashion" headers from my site? I have tried everything I could click on and I can't get rid of it. Thank you.
1/ The "Soledad Fashion" on the top is logo and it's an image. You can replace it to your logo via Appearance > Customize > Logo and Header Options > "Upload Logo" and "Logo for Vertical Mobile Nav"
I know, but again, nothing I do removes it and it's driving me crazy. Despite using the Coming Soon Plugin and it being active, when you go to my page, it still says "Soledad." It is embarrassing.
I'm very much a beginner and I think Soledad may be too hard for me. I don't think there's any way to get a refund, is there?

No - when you're using Comming soon - if someone access to your site - they will get a screen like this:

Because you've logged in with administrator account - so only you can see how your site look
All other people can't see anything.
