I can confirm our AMP doesn't renders the URL like that.
Have you use another AMP plugin before? If yes, it seems that's URL renders by your old AMP plugin. Also, since all the URLs has been replaced with new URLs on your site, so users can't be access to that URLs => it doesn't affect anything to your site and your SEONo need to worries about this.
I believe I'm having an amp issue (see screenshot attached)
I just ran a site audit on ahref.com and I am seeing >40 urls that look like this:
url.com/amp/amp/1
and they have a 301 permanent redirect to:
url.com/amp
I did not create these redirects.
How did this happen, how do I fix this.

I've only used your AMP plugin - that's why I was concerned.
I never saw these errors before in my Google Search Console - that's why I was surprised when I saw them in the ahrefs report.

Since those URLs doesn't appears on any page of your AMP & it has been replaced with new URLs on your site, so you don't need to worry about this
