Hi. I havent write in my blog in a while so last week I was trying to write new posts, but I cant do anything, there not the option to write the title, add media, galleries, or edit with my Elementor. Nothing is working.
I had a chat with Wordpress support team. They disable the plugins but still no working. So they said that is most likely the issue on my custom theme and that I must contact you because they can't fix the issue.
Please help me as I choose this theme as I love it and love the way to write new posts and how it works with Elementor too, it is easier for me as I have not big technical knowledge. I have not made any change from the last time that I posted and all was working ok. Please help me.
Please make sure you're using latest version of Soledad - version 7.4.0
To update the theme to latest version, please remove the code at the end of functions.php file like on this image: http://prntscr.com/uon4qx ( if you don't see it, you can ignore this step )
Hi, I followed the instructions and it's working better, but the options> Gallery / Video / Audio / Link / Quote, that usually are next to the tittle, are not visible. So, I cant make a post starting with a video to keep the play signal visible in the Featured section on my home.
