Hi, I have different website with Soledad installed, and I'm having issues with different modules on elementor.
First of all, the video module doesn't work, as you can see at the url I've enclosed.
And then, the HTML element doesn't show anytihing. I've tryed with a paypal button on another website and I've put the vimeo embed code on this page and as you can see nothing appears.
You should see 2 video, one inserted with your element, and one inserted with the embed code...noone of them is working.
Please try update the theme to latest version check it again - version 7.4.2 To update the theme to latest version, please remove the code at the end of functions.php file like on this image: http://prntscr.com/uon4qx After that, do following this guide to get auto-updates the theme: https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/
If it still doesn't work, Please send me your WordPress site admin URL and admin account ( username and password ) - in a private reply. I will take it a look at this to help you.
I just checked your site and I found the plugin "Cookiebot | GDPR/CCPA Compliant Cookie Consent and Control" caused this issue. I just deactivate it and everything working fine now.
