When I choose a google font (Customize/General Options/Font For Title), it doesn't work on my website. I only see "basic font" (like "Arial" or "Open Sans"...) or a basic font that looks like "times new romans".
Same thing with custom font : nothing is displayed on the website.
First, please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
If it still doesn't work, Please send me your WordPress site admin URL and admin account ( username and password ) - in a PRIVATE REPLY. I will take it a look at this to help you.

As I checked your site, you get the issues with "Refused to apply style from <URL> because its MIME type" from the browsers - check this image
