Do you have any idea of saving the color setting for H2?
I'd like to know that if I can choose the color I want in the color plate instead of typing the color code every time. I can't find the place to save the setting.
Also, I've tried to add css in custom css "h2 { color:#99713d; }" , but it doesn't work.

You can check option for it via Customize > Single Posts > Colors > Custom Color for H3 Tag Inside Post Content
