The mobile menu does not work when viewing website on mobile. It works fine on computer, and works during customizer view. I cannot figure out what is preventing the mobile menu from working on cell phone.
Yeah, that's strange because I can see it works on desktop, but it can't be click on the mobile.
So, please try:
1/ Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) & clear all the cache and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
2/ Remove all the Google Adsense ads/Custom HTML codes you've added ( via plugins or Customizer ), clear all the cache and check it again. Maybe you've added an Google Ads auto override the header on the mobile version.

I just checked it on my mobile and I see it works fine.
Please check again your site on anonymous browsers on mobile to get correct results.
