    Among the plugins you suggest to install are these two. 

    In the demo use only Contact Form 7.
    Why do you recommend to also install  WPForms Lite?

    Hi,

    thank you for your all feedback.

    You can use Contact Form 7 or WPForms Lite plugin

    If you use Contact Form 7, please deactivate WPForms Lite plugin

    I understood this but when the theme is activated, you recommend installing all 2 plugins. If your demo works with contact form 7 it seems useless to advise you to install the other plugin as well. This is confusing.
