    How can the menu be made as in the picture?
    And how do I add an ad next to the logo?

    Hi,

    It's topbar, you can enable topbar via Customize > Topbar > General Settings > and check to "Enable Topbar"

    And the header style on the image is header style 3. You can change the header style to style 3 via Customize > Logo & Header > General > Header Layout > select "Header 3" and you can upload the banner image on the right side via "Banner Header Right For Header 3" below it.
