If so, this is 100% come from your caching - the caching doesn't apply for logged in users and applies for non-logged-in users. Please clear all the cache and check it again on anonymous browsers to get correct results.
As I see, you're using WP Rocket, with this plugin - after clear the cache, you need to wait a few time. Because the caching from this plugin will live for a specific time - and inside that time, you can't clear it.

Have you changed the background color to red for those headings via Elementor? It seems you didn't do that.
You've changed it for other headings but didn't do that for those headings you showed for me in the screenshot.

How can I clear the cache in all the visitors computers? Probably I did not understand. Btw, my cache has just cleared.
