You've edited wrong your subsrible form, I just edited it to help you to make it display correct.
But, I see you have some issues with the Mailchimp config, maybe you need to check again with your config from the mailchimp. When I try to register, I got this message: "a general error occured."
I checked and revised some tags with the Mailchimp. Can you help me to check this again? I try to register and then i didn't get any message about successful subscribed or not. Thank you so much!
