Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

1/ First, it seems you've imported many demo together. It makes your site mixed with many demos.
To fix it, I recommend you reset everything to default like when you just install WordPress by use plugin WordPress Reset
After that, re-import only demo "Hipster"
2/ To create mega menu like on the Hipster demo, you can check this video tutorial.
3/ On our demos, we're using different parameters to help you can see how you can config the theme.
Because you just can use one "Homepage" for your site, right?
So, if you want to get your homepage display like on this URL:

Simply go to Appearance > Customize > Homepage > General > Homepage Layout > and select "Standard" Posts.

Mailchimp already support a way to use it inside a popup - you can check more here
After get the code from Mailchimp popup, you can put it to Customize > Logo and Header > General > Add Custom Code Inside <head> Tag
