We didn't test the theme with the plugin: https://codecanyon.net/item/instantify-progressive-web-apps-google-amp-facebook-instant-articles-for-wordpress/25757693 - so I think you can ask the author of that plugin about the compare.
Also, the theme already supports an AMP plugin from itself. Have you checked it? We've said about this in the documentation for this theme here
