    For the Soledad theme there are options in administration, for this theme no.

    What advice do you have to better organize the site?

    recommended to use W3 Total Cache that has the Minifay, why in the guide you don't make it active but you also install the Autoptimize plugin?

    Minify function on Autoptimize  work better than W3 Total Cache
