    in the translation of the theme I find POPUP LOGIN but then I don't see the POPUP LOGIN anywhere on the site

    About translation , please go to  Customizer > Quick Text Translation then change any text you want

    I understood that to show the registration pupup the topbar must be activated.
    Is there a way to have the Login / Register link without having the topbar?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, currently, pennews only support  Login / Register link  on topbar.
