I am currently trying to set up a new menu for my food blog using the Soledad theme (which is gorgeous btw!). But as for the recipe categories shown in the main menu, I unfortunately cannot manage to get the category preview with images and subcategories described in your tutorial video (I have watched it severeal times now) and the sample page - it just doesn't work here. Can you possibly help me?
I have already set up subcategories and also have marked the posts with these categories.
Please go to Appearance > Menus > on menu item "Rezepte" for example > click to edit that menu item > and on "Make it is a category mega menu" > select "Rezepte".
thanks a lot - this works well! One more question about this: The displayed sub categories in the mega menu are now alphabetically ordered (as attached). Is there any way to rearrange the order or to customize it?
