When I want to customize the display of the template, I have an empty window. I have tried different browser but the problem is the same. Do you have any idea how to deal with the problem please. Thank you !
1/ Check with your plugins - maybe you have a plugin caused this issue.
Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
2/ Increase the PHP Memory Limit by doing follow this guide.
Please send me your WordPress site admin URL and admin account ( username and password ) - in a PRIVATE REPLY. I will take it a look at this to help you.
All the javascript files can't be loads. And this issue needs to be solved from your hosting provider because it's not the issue can be controlled from the theme itself.
I opened a ticket with my provider explaining the problem to them.
I await their response and I will keep you posted! If you have any other technical remarks about my provider and the problème, don't hesitate to tell me I will transfer the necessary technical requests to them.
I got feedback from my host's technical support. According to them the problem can come from the ModSecurity module in the Cpanel. So I disabled ModSecurity.
Thank you for the video with the detail of the problem. I am trying to see with my host but the problem would come from a problem between Cloudflare that I use and their firewall. Their recommendation is to stop using Cloudflare, do you know an alternative to Cloudflare to speed up and protect my site? I made some changes to the Cloudflare rules, could you retest to see if there are still the same issues with javascript files from the theme?
I think you don't need to use Cloudflare - you can use a CDN like https://bunny.net/ - And this CDN support a plugin for WordPress to help you can control & delete the cache from the CDN - here is that plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bunnycdn/

I need to open a file and unblock it to get it to unblock.

So I completely deleted CloudFlare and waited for the replication to take place correctly.

What I've done so far:
1. Reinstalled wordpress
2. Disabled all plugins except Pencil ones
3. Reinstalled Soledad
