I have a Question: After changing the background color of the static page ( homepage), Ｉmust clear cache in browser to see the change; however, if only modify the text, the browser can display the changed text normally without clearing the cache.
Do you have any experience in which aspect is the problem? 🙏 The editor used is Elementor. is this normal?

I think you can give it a try to see it works or not
You can try to change a text > publish it > and check again the page on anonymous browsers.
