I have also been having trouble with my Instagram footer. When I re-enter all my tokens, it will work for a few hours but then goes into error. I am on theme version 7.6.1 with Wordpress also updated.
I lost the drag & drop view in Widgets some time ago though and it's extremely frustrating. I can't even see how to Delete the Instragram Footer to try to start fresh.
For Instagram issue - first, let's put only your username - don't put "@" before it.
For lost the drag & drop view in widgets, it seems you have a plugin caused this issue because I just checked the theme from my-end and I see everything still working fine.
Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Ok. Thank you. It's working now. Now it will take some time to Activate plugins one at a time and see what caused the issues.
