I see you've set the favicon icons in 2 places. One from the theme and one from another plugin.
Let's check and disable the favicon from the plugin ( I don't know what's the plugin you're using to do that, but I can see another favicon code appears before the close </head> tag here )
Let's remove it and I recommend you use a .png image with square size for your favicon - with size: 128x128 pixel.
