    Hello,

I can't figure out why, but sometimes portfolio doesn't appear, it seems i have to refresh page over and over to see projects. It happens in homepage and in portfolio page.

I have the same problem with the Portfolio and Gallery since the Update to Wordpress 5.6 and the last Soledad Theme update in December.  The Gallery function only works if you choose Justified.  If you chose Grid or Masonry the Gallery appears when you first publish and then all the Thumbnails disappear. If you hover over where the image should be you can see there is a link and if you click on it it will take you the image.

The problem is worst in Firefox (version 84.0.2).

Not as bad in Safari (Version 14.0.2) or Chrome (Version 87.0.4280.141) - In these browsers if you keep refreshing the page the Gallery or Portfolio will re-appear - but then disappears again.  (MacBook - OS Catalina 10.15.7). I have also tested on iPad and iPhone using Safari and there is the same problem - you have to keep refreshing the page to see the Gallery/Portfolio images.

In Firefox the Gallery/Portfolio will appear once after you create it and you can see all the image thumbnails - then it disappears. If you hover over the images they are there and you can click on them they will go to the image link or Portfolio page.

I thought the problem was my set up and have been troubleshooting this since December 2020 - disabling plugins etc. Finally I did a fresh install of WordPress on a local server (using Bitnami) and installed the Theme with only recommended plugins and I still have the same problem.

I only have a few Galleries in posts and have changed all these to Justified Gallery (Masonry & Grid does not work as I said). I cannot enable the Portfolio function because I do not want people to see a missing Portfolio.

I really love this theme and hoping this will be fixed soon or there is a simple fix that you already know for this.

    Thanks for replying Penci Design.

Sorry if I caused any confusion with this Ticket by posting on here.  I have been looking at Public Tickets to see if I could find a fix for my issue. The problem described by systemait sounds very similar to mine.

If this is something that can be resolved by changing any settings in Customiser or elsewhere it would be helpful if it could be posted here.

I will send you a message with details as requested.
