I'm trying to reduce the height of my logo and place it on the left of the page but was not able to do it. The attached screenshot of your page shows that you are able to reduce the logo and place it on the left.
This issue caused by your logo image has much white space around it - check this image
You should remove all the white spaces around your logo and re-upload it replace with the current logo image. I've helped you cut all those white spaces. You can download the image from my attachment and re-upload it.
You also can change the header style to another header style via Customize > Logo and Header > General > Header Layout
