Hi there, I'm customizing the theme for my customer and I'm facing the issue regarding to vertical navigation, for it's not working the scroll function in desktop only.
It's seems look fixed even using footer text (please see the attached image).
I already did look at the all Customize option admin wordpress and I not found out anything related to which about it would be the problem.

Hi,
Yeah, if you enabled the smooth scroll, you can't scroll the vertical navigation.
So, please go to Customize > General > General Settings > and un-check on "Enable Smooth Scroll"
