As I checked, this issue caused by you're using header & footer builder from a plugin. And this caused the issue.

With the header & footer you're using - there is no need to use header & footer builder - because you can use "Header Style 5" to create the same header like that And use Footer Widgets ( via Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widgets to "Footer Column #1", "Footer Column #2", "Footer Column #3" ) to create the footer.

The theme already support a vertical mobile navigation popup like the popup you're using

So, of course, there are no problems with this.

If you don't know how to do that, please send me your WordPress site admin URL and admin account ( username and password  ). I will help you change it to elements from the theme.

I did it to help you. You can check again your site now. It's look better than before

And you can manage the columns on the Footer here via Appearance > Widgets > check content inside sidebars "Footer Column #1", "Footer Column #2", "Footer Column #3" - check this image.

You also can manage everything related to the header via Appearance > Customize > Logo & Header.
