When we enter the user’s profile page, I want to see the posts written by that user. For example; I want user’s post such as kodbloklari.com homepage listed
It seems you have a plugin auto removed the author page, please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
If so, it seems you've disabled the Author page via Yoast SEO settings? If so, please check again the settings from Yoast SEO to make it works.
To translate the "Author" - you can do that via Customize > Quick Text Translation.
By default, the author page will follow the layout you've selected via Customize > Category, Tags, Search, Archive Pages > General > Category, Tags, Search, Archive Layout.
Also, at this moment, it shows the latest posts from the author. It doesn't support to display the most viewed posts there.

If so, I think you don't need to use BuddyPress, because it makes your site slower.
Users can register + login => use our login/register features.
The user sharing and get points => use the plugin you have "myCred"
So, no reason to use BuddyPress

1/ Unfortunately, it can't because it's data from a custom plugin. And we can't auto-embed it inside the theme.

Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support any element to list all the authors..
We will consider to add more this feature in the next update version of Soledad.
If you want to get this feature now, you can try use this plugin or this plugin
