I migrated my site over to my new host (no changes other than moving from one host to another) and now I am being asked to activate my copy of the plugin. How is this possible?
Ignore that message. Panciddesign has a license that allows them to install the plugin for everyone who buys their theme without having to buy it separately.
We've bought extended license from WPBakery Page Builder - so, you can use it legal. We've said more about this here.
If you want active WPBakery Page Builder , you need to buy a license from WPBakery to do that.Because as we said in the documentation, we don't provide any license key to activate license key for WPBakery Page Builder - we don't have permission to do that.
Please deactivated all plugin ( excrept plugins come form the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
If it doesn't work, please create new sticket and send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a lock on this help you.

That's what I thought. Didn't have any issues until I changed servers.
I close the notice but every now and then it appears again.
I don't know if there is a way to stop it from appearing.
Well, the problem for me is that I can no longer use WPBakery.
