I am using Style 8 in the Featured slider within a container. I had the item style set to Item Style 2 with gradient to see how it looked and wasn't crazy about the look. Unfortunately, I am unable to get the change to Item Style 1 default to save. I've gone multiple routes to get it to change with no luck. Tried changing thing in the editor, in Elementor and still no luck. I even attempted to change the style to another one and it still is not saving the changes. I've cleared the caches both through Wordpress and through my host's site tools and still no luck. I then proceeded to deactive the cache plugins within Wordpress. I truly at wits end with trying to get this fixed.
Please deactivated all plugin ( excrept plugins come form the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
If it doesn't work, let's send me your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) in order for me to have access to know the exact issue. We will take it a lock on this help you.
So it seems that the culprit was Elementor. I used it to add a widget to the bottom of my page. I removed that and things went pack to saving again. It sucks considering I would have liked to have used the piece.
