In home page it works but in other pages the result is a grey page with elementor logo in the middle or the error message Preview colud not be loaded (view attachments)
Strange, if it works on the homepage, it will work for all other pages also. Because if it doesn't work, it will be stopped to work on all pages.
Please try two points below:
1/ Edit an page with Elementor > on edit page with elementor screen > press Ctrl + F5 sometimes to clear all the browsers caching and check it again.
2/ If you did point 1 and it still doesn't work, please try to deactivate all plugins ( except Elementor & plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
- Your WordPress site admin account ( username and password )
- Your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) - or your hosting account ( hosting URL, username and password to login to the hosting ).
please send me more your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) - or your hosting account ( hosting URL, username and password to login to the hosting ).
In a private reply.
To I can access the files on your hosting to check it to help you.
Before I check it, can you please try activate a default theme from WordPress and check if it works or not?
If it doesn’t work, it seems your hosting has something blocked the Elementor editor.. and please contact with your hosting provider and ask them about this.
You can ask them why Elementor doesn't work on a default theme from WordPress ( Twenty Twenty-One ) when you edit a page. It works fine for another hosting.
