    Hello. When I hit "edit with elementor", Elementor is just loading and loading. It does not show anything. Would you please let me know what I should do? Thank you for your support.

    Hi,

    Please check 2 points below:

    1/ Please make sure you're using the latest version of Soledad - version 7.8.0 - if not, let update it to the latest version by doing follow this guide - remember to do all 4 steps there.

    After that, check it again.

    2/ If it still doesn't work, please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

    Thank you so much for your respond. First of all, where can I find and download the latest version? 

    I logged in to themeforest where I originally purchased it and re-downloaded, "Soledad - Multi-Concept Blog Magazine AMP WordPress Theme". However, there is no "envato-market.zip" file in the package. Kindly find the attached photo. 

    Would you please let me know where I can find the updated version?
