I would like to modify the bar above the footer part where the "share on social media" option display. Where can I access to its settings ? (Colors, disable, etc).
You can check options for it via Customize > "Page Options" for general options for pages.
If you want to modify it for specific pages, you can go to Pages > All Pages > edit the page you want to modify > scroll down and you can see options to customize for that page - there is an option to hide the social sharing text there.
