First, you can go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and install & activate plugin Elementor there. And you can check this video tutorial to know how to config the homepage by using Elementor.
If you mean to include the Elementor Pro version inside the theme - it seems you've confused about this. Because we never said anywhere that Elementor Pro version is included inside the theme. Also, no theme can be included Elementor Pro version because the author of Elementor Pro doesn't allow for it.
Also, with this theme, you don't need to use the Elementor Pro version - use Elementor free version is enough.
In fact I am looking to design a page where I can place all categories and Subcategories (in collapse format) on left bar. On right bar I can show all posts related to category or subcategory selected.
I want to design this page for all categories and subcategories.
Can you please help, you may share some video or tutorial

I purchased this theme and implemented it for the url shown in subject.
During the customization we came to know that Elementro plugin is not included in this theme, which is shocking to me.
When we purchase a theme, all such plugins should be part of it. Further you never mentioned this in your documentation.
Please make it available for us ASAP.

Unfortunately, as I knew, currently there is no theme that supports this feature for category pages. And our theme doesn't support this feature also.
