I bought Soledad package for a customer of mine. Installed everything. I already have this package for myself as well. I don't know these errors. Elementor gives error message on save, no code. server error. Hosting can't find anything. Soledad's template doesn't show the page properly live. There are pieces missing. He places it on the right... It's not live right now, because it doesn't look right. In the layout page of elementor everything is fine.
Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except Elementor & plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
If it still doesn't work, please send me your WordPress site admin URL and admin account ( username and password ) - in a PRIVATE REPLY. I will take a look at this to help you.
I've fixed it to help you by press Ctrl + F5 to clear all the cache.
A note: When you use Elementor to set up any page, you need to select the Template for that page is "Page Full Width" to get the best results - check this image: http://prntscr.com/10uxgpz
